Use of Sujok Ball :- It is available in five colors made of plastic, they are used for rotating in the middle part of both the hands. Its use provides relief from many diseases of the body according to Sujok therapy. They should be used 2 minutes to 20 minutes before eating food. These five different colors have different significance. 1. Yellow color:- It is said to be the color of the earth element, which has the power to prevent. Meaning, if someone has frequent urination, motion, then 2 minutes to 20 minutes before eating food, rotate this ball in the hand. If there is a problem of hair fall then it is beneficial to use it. Even if you want to gain weight, this ball is very useful. 2. Blue colour: According to Ayurveda, this color has been described as fire colour. Controls diseases of people whose fat is increasing, loss of appetite, desire to drink less water, increase of diseases in winter, increase of sugar etc. Hot elements act as fire for all these diseases and this blue color should be used. 3. Green color :- Water element has been mentioned. It has the opposite of blue. i.e. water (hot to cold) as opposed to fire. People who feel excessive hunger, excessive thirst, exacerbation of diseases in summer, acidity, burning sensation, heartburn, bad breath, bleeding gums etc. 4.
